Sabra Dipping Co. LLC., one of the world”™s leading manufacturers of hummus and other Middle Eastern-style food products, has signed a five-year lease and has expanded to 36,345 square feet of headquarters space at 777 Westchester Ave. in The Exchange, CBRE Group Inc. announced.

Sabra is a joint-venture business of the Frito-Lay North America division of Purchase-based PepsiCo and Strauss Ltd., an affiliate of Strauss Group, Israel”™s second largest food and beverage company.
Kevin Langtry, vice president of CBRE in its Stamford office, represented the tenant in the deal. Representing The Exchange”™s owner, New Jersey-based Normandy Real Estate Partners, as leasing agents were CBRE”™s Brian Carcaterra, senior vice president; Michael McCall, vice president, and associate Morgan Collins.
