With Greenwich Hospital recently leasing more than 52,000 square feet of space adjacent to recently established Stamford Hospital offices on Long Ridge Road, local commercial real estate titan Building and Land Technology is rebranding the location as Long Ridge Health & Science.
“BLT”™s decision to rebrand the building to Long Ridge Health & Science is strategic and makes sense. Advancements in medicine continue to grow rapidly and accommodating this industry is essential,” said Jay S. Hruska, Vice Chairman of Cushman & Wakefield”™s Stamford office, who represented Greenwich Hospital.
BLT announced in January Greenwich Hospital’s leasing of 52,141 square feet of commercial space at 260 Long Ridge Road, Â which follows Stamford Hospital”™s lease of 46,000 square feet of space at 292 Long Ridge Road in September 2015.
Greenwich Hospital will offer services including radiology, infusion therapy, physical medicine and rehabilitation, as well as Yale-New Haven Hospital”™s Center for Musculoskeletal Care, at the newly renovated 260 Long Ridge Road building. Both Yale Medical Group Specialists and Northeast Medical Group Primary Care will also be at Long Ridge Health & Science, according to BLT”™s announcement.
“We are delighted to offer patients increased access to Greenwich Hospital services,” said Joseph Caruso, director, Real Estate, Yale New Haven Health System. “In addition to the wide variety of services offered by Greenwich Hospital, physician specialists from Yale-New Haven Hospital and Yale School of Medicine will also see patients at this convenient, Fairfield County location.”
