John Barrett of New Rochelle was named private client consultant and managing director at U.S. Trust in the Stamford office. Most recently, he was with First Republic Bank, where he was responsible for new business development and marketing in residential and commercial loans, deposit services and investment management. He holds a bachelor”™s degree in business administration from Iona College.
