Bunge Ltd., the international agribusiness and food company, and its Bunge Management Services Inc. affiliate have renewed their headquarters lease at 50 Main St. in the Westchester Financial Center in downtown White Plains.
The Bunge companies occupy 66,303 square feet of office space in the 309,000-square-foot Mack-Cali Realty Corp. building, which the landlord said is about 85 percent leased.
Jones Lang LaSalle brokers Robert Ageloff, Edward Tonnessen, Ethan Rice and Justin Centre represented the tenant in the deal that closed in the second quarter. Ivan Abry, Mack-Cali senior leasing director, represented the owner.
Headquartered in Edison, N.J., Mack-Cali in the second quarter leased 274,574 square feet of space at its office and office/flex properties in Westchester and Rockland counties and in Fairfield County, Conn. The real estate investment trust reported four other deals in Westchester.
MyPublisher Inc., a provider of custom photobook software and printing, signed a new lease for 40,032 square feet of office/flex space at 8 Westchester Plaza in the Cross Westchester Executive Park in Elmsford. The company is relocating from 400 Columbus Ave. in Valhalla.
Newmark Grubb Knight Frank brokers Hilarie S. Siles and Michael J. McCall represented the tenant. Mack-Cali was represented in-house by senior leasing director Louis Amalfitano.
Also in the Cross Westchester Executive Park, CP Communications L.L.C., a production communications equipment and service provider, signed a lease renewal for 9,075 square feet and an 8,100-square-foot expansion lease at 200 Clearbrook Road.
Mack-Cali was represented in-house by senior leasing director Carol McGuire.
At 150 Clearbrook Road in the Cross Westchester complex, Jacs Amusement L.L.C., owner of the BounceU children”™s playground franchise, signed a new lease for 13,620 square feet of office/flex space.
Bruce Wenig, broker at Rakow Commercial Realty Group in White Plains, represented the tenant. McGuire represented Mack-Cali.
Applied Behavior Analysis Corp., operating as Fred S. Keller School, a preschool for children with learning disabilities, renewed leases totaling 13,445 square feet and signed a 1,278-square-foot expansion lease at 1 Odell Plaza in the South Westchester Executive Park in Yonkers.
Abry represented Mack-Cali in the deal.

Broker Richard Hendey, of Houlihan-Parnes Realtors L.L.C. in Harrison, represented a group of private investors in the $3.4 million sale of 419-433 Mamaroneck Ave., an approximately 7,200-square-foot building in the village of Mamaroneck that includes five retail stores. The fully leased building was bought by 419-433 Mamaroneck Avenue L.L.C., an entity representing an unnamed Westchester-based real estate investor.
