Access Health CT”™s open enrollment period begins on Nov. 1, with CEO James Michel visiting in-person enrollment locations that day in Stamford, Danbury and Hartford.
Michel”™s tour will include Ferguson Library”™s DiMattia Building at One Public Library Plaza in Stamford at 2 p.m. and the Connecticut Institute for Communities (CIFC) at 120 Main St. in Danbury at 4 p.m.
The annual open enrollment period for Connecticut residents to shop, compare and enroll in health insurance coverage for the 2022 plan year is scheduled to conclude on Jan. 15, 2022.
For coverage starting Jan. 1, Connecticut residents must enroll and complete their application by Dec. 15. For coverage starting Feb. 1, 2022, residents must enroll and complete their application between Dec. 16 and Jan. 15.
Connecticut residents who are eligible for the new Covered Connecticut Program must enroll before the end of the open enrollment period. Their coverage will start on the first of the month following their enrollment and completed application. More information about that program is available here.
