Altus Power America Inc. has named Sophia Lee as chief legal officer.
Lee was previously general counsel and secretary at IEX, the Investors Exchange. Earlier in her career, she was associate general counsel at ITG, which was acquired by Virtu Financial, and deputy general counsel at Liquidnet.
She began her career in private practice as a corporate attorney at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York City. She received a J.D. from NYU School of Law and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from M.I.T.
