Stratford electronics firm Redco Audio Inc. has purchased the 17,860-square-foot industrial building at 515 Fan Hill Road in Monroe for $1.2 million, and will relocate there soon.
The building formerly was occupied by Stancor Pumps, which recently relocated to the New Haven area.
Redco will be using the building for audio accessories company Redco Audio; home storage elevators division SpaceLift Attic Lift; and Earmark Communications, which offers wireless communications for industrial and high noise business environments.
Bruce Wettenstein, partner with Vidal/Wettenstein, negotiated the sale between Redco Audio and Richal Partnership LLC. Attorney Daniel Hoffnung of Winnick Ruben Huffnung Peabody & Mendel represented the buyer, and William Britt of Brody, Wilkinson of Southport represented the seller.
