Deloitte”™s Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations practice is a leader in helping companies integrate business strategy with supply chain initiatives to drive operational excellence. Michelle’s focus is exclusively in Healthcare, working primarily with Deloitte”™s Provider clients. She has over 10 years of experience, helping clients identify and implement significant bottom line savings through IT-enabled supply chain transformation. By focusing on the differentiated needs of health care stakeholders, Michelle helps clients transform uncertainty into possibility, and rapid change into lasting progress. Her focus has been driving cost reduction strategies for Physician Preference Items (PPI), Clinical and Non-Clinical supplies, Purchased Services and Drugs through vendor standardization, pricing and also utilization initiatives. On top of that, she has been a Supply Chain leader on numerous Enterprise Resource Planning implementations and Procure to Pay optimizations. Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and her Masters of Health Administration from Cornell University”™s Sloan Program. She currently lives in Stamford, Connecticut with her Husband, Michael, three children: Cameron, Charlotte and Kennedy, and English Bulldog, Lola.
