Northern Westchester Hospital has named Derek Anderson as its new executive director. He succeeds President and CEO Joel Seligman, who is retiring at the end of the year after nearly two decades at the Mount Kisco hospital”™s helm.
Anderson has served as associate executive director at North Shore University Hospital (NSUH) in Manhasset, New York, since 2016, having joined the hospital a project manager in hospital administration in 2010. Both NWH and NSUH are part of Northwell Health. Earlier in his career, Anderson worked in surgical services at Intermountain Healthcare in Utah. He worked briefly as a teaching and research assistant at Columbia University before joining Northwell.
