An office building on the edge of downtown Greenwich has sold for $5.15 million, according to town records.

The 2-story property at 177 W. Putnam Ave. was sold by Stamford-based Seawatch Associates LLC to Fairfield-based 177WPA LLC.

The buyers and sellers could not be immediately reached for comment.

The building at 177 W. Putnam had been listed for nearly $7 million. Former tenant Wright Investors’ Service recently relocated to Shelton.

Wright established the Greenwich office in February 2015 after consolidating offices in Milford and Mount Kisco, New York.
