Ocean State Job Lot has opened its third Hudson Valley store at 122 East Route 59 in Nanuet.
The new store is based in a 38,000-square-foot building that previously housed a Toys R Us location. In a grand opening ceremony earlier this week, the store presented a $500 check to Meals on Wheels of Rockland County and donated nonperishable food to three regional food pantries and two regional food banks.
The Nanuet store is the latest regional outpost for the discount retailer, which also operates stores in New City and Fishkill, as well as the 135th store in a chain that includes Long Island, New Jersey and the New England states.
