Southwest Airlines has ended daily, nonstop service to Las Vegas from Bradley International Airport, but will continue to offer service to that city as well as nonstop service to others.
“Unfortunately, we didn”™t have the demand to sustain the (daily nonstop Vegas) route for the long term and made the difficult decision to exit the route this past November,” said Southwest Airlines spokesman Dan Landson. “While the nonstop is no longer available from (Bradley), customers traveling to/from Las Vegas can still reach both cities with as little as one stop.”
Southwest”™s nonstop service to Las Vegas from the Windsor Locks airport was available from March to November.
The airline will continue to offer nonstop service from Bradley to Baltimore, Chicago, Denver, St. Louis, and several destinations in Florida. It will begin nonstop service to Denver next month.
