Two new tenants at Rye Ridge Plaza

Two new long-term office leases have been signed by tenants at Rye Ridge Shopping Center in Rye Brook. Public relations firm Illumination PR and nutritionist Sara Ryba both plan to lease space within the Rye Ridge Plaza Office Building.

Illumination PR, spearheaded by CEO Robyn Matarazzo, specializes in brand development and celebrity integration. The 8-year-old firm has worked with networks including E!, FOX, VHA, MTV and Bravo.

Nutritionist Sara Ryba will open her private practice in November. Her areas of expertise include weight loss, women’s health, pregnancy, lactation and postpartum care.

The Rye Ridge Plaza Office Building is now fully occupied, though spaces will become available next year.
The Rye Ridge Shopping Center, Rye Ridge Plaza and Rye South is a 220,000-square-foot mixed-use, complex at Ridge Street and Bowman Avenue.

The complex features more than 70 shops, eateries, fitness facilities, offices and services.
