Ticket vendor books it to Rye
All Shows L.L.C., a ticket vendor for metropolitan concerts, shows and sports events, has moved its corporate headquarters from Manhattan to the International Corporate Center of Rye.
The 24-year-old company has leased 4,645 square feet of space in the 170,000-square-foot office complex at 555 Theodore Fremd Ave. owned by Faros Properties L.L.C. in New York City.
All Shows will keep its sales and logistics team at its office in Manhattan”™s Theater District.
The deal was brokered by Greg Frisoli and Larry Ruggieri, managing directors at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in Rye Brook, who represented the landlord.
“We viewed many different spaces, but after seeing this one and meeting with the remarkable management, we were sold,” said Dana Pierri, director of development and partnerships at All Shows. “We have found a home here.”
