Crystal Run promotes Ferris

Kathleen Ferris has been promoted to director of operations in Newburgh by Crystal Run Healthcare, which is headquartered in Middletown. In her new role, she will provide leadership for all aspects of service and business performance at Crystal Run”™s newest multispecialty building in Newburgh.

Ferris previously served as director of patient services and director of service excellence. With Crystal Run since 2003, she has helped to “further enhance the culture of service excellence at all Crystal Run Healthcare locations through implementation of evidence-based tools, tactics and techniques,” according to a press release. Ferris is co-chairwoman of the Crystal Run Healthcare Wellness Committee and is also a 2012 graduate of Leadership Orange.
