Willow Towers receives award
Willow Towers, which is on United Hebrew”™s campus in New Rochelle, received a Commitment to Quality Award during the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living annual Quality Summit held in New Orleans.
Nora O”™Brien, executive director of Willow Towers Assisted Living and Willow Gardens Memory Care, accepted the award. She said, “This recognition signifies that we are also performing well against national quality standards. Of course, achieving quality is about more than meeting requirements; the real reward is knowing that we are providing the very best possible experience for our residents.”
Willow Towers was the only facility of its kind in New York state to receive the award. Sixty-six were presented to facilities throughout the U.S.
