Roayaie joins White Plains Hospital

White Plains Hospital has announced that Sasan Roayaie is joining its physician associates division. He has extensive experience in liver and pancreas surgery, and has been a leader in the development of minimally invasive hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery. Roayaie also is experienced at working with a multidisciplinary team providing interventional radiology, radiation oncology, gastroenterology and oncology to treat cancer patients who are not eligible for surgery. 

Roayaie has published extensively about liver cancer and is frequently invited internationally to lecture and demonstrate his techniques for liver resection. He is active in volunteer missions to improve the standard of surgical care in countries such as Liberia, Haiti and Mongolia.
