Planning award for LaPerch

Thomas LaPerch, director of Houlihan Lawrence”™s commercial division in Rye Brook, has received the John O. Cross Award as outstanding planning board chairperson of the year from the New York Planning Federation. The federation was founded in 1937 to promote sound planning, land use and zoning practices in New York state. 

LaPerch serves on the town of Southeast”™s planning board. The areas in which he”™s involved have included development applications, updating the comprehensive plan, and dealing with requests for zoning amendments.
