Peter Javier was recently appointed to The College of New Rochelle”™s board of trustees. Javier is executive vice president and chief compliance officer at Safra National Bank of New York. Previously, he was director/vice president and global head of compliance for Global Foreign Exchange Services and Travelers Cheque and Prepaid Services Divisions of American Express Co. He also served as a senior airman in the U.S. Air Force from 1991 to 1994 and has a Bachelor of Science degree in business, management and economics from SUNY/Empire State College.

Leonard Stekol was promoted to executive vice president and chief financial officer. He previously served as senior vice president and chief financial officer.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Anthony J. Simeone was promoted to executive vice president and chief lending officer. He previously served as senior vice president.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

William Reifer LCSW, of Ardsley, was recently promoted to vice president of quality and case management at Phelps Memorial Hospital Center in Tarrytown. Reifer joined Phelps in 1993 as director of social work.

Previously, he held several positions at Montefiore Medical Center, where he worked as a medical/surgical social worker and as a psychiatric social worker. Reifer also served as assistant director of social work at Sound Shore Medical Center. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Lehman College of the City University of New York and a master”™s degree in social work from Hunter College School of Social Work.
