Crystal Run Healthcare recently announced the following appointments.
Eileen Hogan of Middletown was promoted to director of patient services. She will be responsible for the planning, development and coordination of the patient services department to ensure efficient operations and staff compliance with all established policies and procedures of the practice. Most recently, Hogan served as assistant director of patient services.

JENNIE OSSENTJUK of Washingtonville was recently appointed director of planning and business development for the practice. In this newly created position, she will lead the implementation and execution of strategic and business planning activities.
Most recently, Ossentjuk was vice president of client services and product management with IncentOne. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from SUNY Stony Brook and a Master of Science degree in health care management from the University of Maryland.
Rebuilding Together Dutchess County, a nonprofit serving low-income homeowners through no-cost home repairs, recently announced the following new board members elected to serve a two-year term.

Charles A. Judelson was recently appointed as an attorney by Goshen law firm Blustein, Shapiro, Rich & Barone. He will serve in an “of counsel” capacity concentrating his practice in estate and tax planning and administration. Judelson has been a partner of Bull, Morreale & Judelson P.C. in Middletown since 1974. He has a law degree from Harvard University and a master”™s degree in taxation from New York University.
