Wilmington Trust”™s wealth management activities in Connecticut will be headed by Sharon L. Klein, newly promoted to president of Wilmington”™s tri-state region. In addition to Connecticut, she”™ll oversee activities in Northern New Jersey, Long Island and Greater New York. She has been with Wilmington Trust since 2013 and will be working out of its office in Manhattan.
Klein received a master”™s degree from the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California in Berkeley and bachelor”™s degrees from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
She is a member of the New York Bankers Association Trust & Investment Division executive committee and the Rockefeller University Committee on Trust and Estate Gift Plans, and had been on the Trusts and Estates Law Section taxation committee of the New York State Bar Association.
