Gordon receives NY Senate Award - Westfair Communications

Marsha Gordon, president and CEO of The Business Council of Westchester, has received a 2017 Women of Distinction Award from the New York State Senate. She was nominated for the award by Senate Democratic Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins.

The honor cites women whose outstanding contributions have improved the lives of the people in their communities and throughout the state.

Stewart-Cousins said, “She leads the largest and most prominent business group in Westchester County, and she has done an excellent job connecting local businesses with other community groups and public servants to ensure they have access to the resources they need.”

Gordon called the award “”¦a highlight of my professional career.”
