Stratford’s Kubtec debuts 3D breast cancer surgery technology
Kubtec, a Stratford-based specimen imaging company, has introduced the Mozart iQ 3D Margin Management System as its latest advancement in breast cancer surgery.
According to the company, the new product utilizes amorphous selenium direct capture imaging technology as well as 3D intraoperative tomosynthesis X-ray technology, to provide breast surgeons an exceptionally clear view of surgical margins in the operating room. The product was introduced at the recent American Society of Breast Surgeons Annual Meeting and is exclusively available in the U.S. and Canada.
