A recent bus tour by U.S. Sen. Chris Murphy and Mayor Harry Rilling highlighted a number of projects now underway.
“It’s been a long process,” allowed Norwalk Mayor Harry Rilling, “and there’s still quite some time to go.”
Along with components of a Contact Period Native American fort, the find includes arrowheads, flints and a variety of tools.
Annual attendance of nearly 500,000 results in an annual economic impact of $25 million on the city and $42 million on the state through visitor spending and execution of its $12.3 million budget.
