Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties reported leasing increases of 90% in Wilton, 75% in Westport and about 27% in Greenwich from March 1-April 29.

The new building at The Curb at North 7 consists of 232 residential units featuring wood-finish plank flooring, quartz countertops, walk-in closets, full-size washer and dryer, and private balconies.

“A lot of people have the impression that all the new development going on hasn’t created opportunities for below market rate units,” says BLT CEO Ted Ferrarone. “That is a misperception.”

The 235-unit Curb includes a sundeck with pool, coworking space, a dog park, a running/walking trail, a resident lounge and fitness center.
