A proposed retail development at Chappaqua Crossing has cleared another hurdle with the New Castle Town Board.
Chappaqua Crossing is hoping to obtain a retail overlay zone from the town of New Castle to allow it to put 120,000 square feet of retail, including the supermarket, on the site.
Public hearings will be held at the end of April as town considers a retail overlay zone to make a supermarket.
