The $117 million deal involving Johnson & Johnson and its subsidiary Ethicon Inc. is the fourth-largest consumer protection health fraud multi-state settlement in U.S. history.

FCC Commissioner Ajit Pai called the court decision a "big victory for consumers."
“The more stringent California emissions standards are incorporated into Connecticut law,” said Connecticut Attorney General William Tong.
