Developed by Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC, the residential community at 20 Water Grant St. includes a mix of studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments.

“We want to to do business in towns and cities that want us to be there,” said Anthony Vulpi, vice president of development for Mill Creek Residential Northeast Division, which is in the midst of constructing Modera Hudson Riverfront, a 324-unit apartment complex in Yonkers.
