“We have more tax revenue coming in so that’s strengthening our transportation fund in a way no one could have anticipated,” the governor said of his decision not to revisit electronic highway tolls for all vehicles.
The bill seeks to “construct, maintain and operate electronic tolling systems on Interstate Route 84, Interstate Route 91, Interstate Route 95 and portions of Connecticut Route 15.”
