The business owners gave no public explanation on their decision to close.

Larchmont, New York, resident Scott Shaw has moved from dealing with compensation and benefits issues to problems of the six-legged kind.
The franchise specializes in gluten- and dairy-free smoothies and bowls featuring acai and pitaya as its main ingredients.
The company is also planning to open locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn, but has no plans for the Westchester or Hudson Valley markets.
Assisted Living Locators charges a $49,500 franchise fee and requires a monthly $500 royalty fee from its franchisees.
