More than 130 games have been approved by the Department of Consumer Protection for both the FanDuel and DraftKings apps.

Offerings at the state’s tribal casinos are still dependent on approval from the U.S. Department of Interior.
In addition, Sportech will offer sports betting at 10 of its current OTB locations, including Bobby V’s in Stamford.
“This short-term step allows for the continuation of fantasy sports in Connecticut as we continue to move forward to modernize our gaming landscape in Connecticut,” Gov. Ned Lamont said.
Sportech, which operates Bobby V's in Stamford, believes that "courts will hold that this bill violates the equal protection clauses of the United States and Connecticut Constitutions, and the emoluments clause of the state Constitution."
Terms include a new retail sports betting venue in Bridgeport, but the tribes' plans to build a casino in East Windsor are off the table.
“There’s a lot of urgency,” said Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner David Lehman. “It’s really important that we get this done this year.”
