Standard Amusements LLC is asking a federal court to reinstate a contract that was terminated May 28 by Westchester County that allowed it to take over operation of Playland.
The Business Journal obtained a copy of the letter that states that Standard Amusements for months failed to cure material breaches of the contract and did not engage in good faith negotiations with the county.
