Coming attraction: second movie/TV studio campus in Yonkers
Great Point Studios LLC, the builder and manager of the Lionsgate Studio campus on Wells Avenue in downtown Yonkers, is planning to build a second studio campus in the city. It is being planned for the Rising Ground campus at 463 Hawthorne Ave. and would have an additional 10 or 12 soundstages and support facilities.
