Stamford’s annual Shamrock Stroll 5K planned for Sunday
Building and Land Technology (BLT) is inviting runners, joggers and walkers to participate in its annual Shamrock Stroll 5K on March 12 from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at Harbor Point Square (1 Harbor Point Road) in Stamford.
The free, non-timed event is open to all ages and abilities, and participants are encouraged to wear costumes or dress up in green in honor of the upcoming St. Patrick”™s Day celebrations. Check-in begins at 7:30 a.m. and complementary parking for the event can be found at 2200 Atlantic and 100 Washington Blvd. parking garages.
BLT added this is a rain or shine event and will only be canceled in the event of thunderstorms. Online RSVPs will be accepted at this website until 6:00 p.m. on March 11.
