Connecticut Science Center offers free summer admission to kids

The Connecticut Science Center in Hartford is offering free admission for all Connecticut youth aged 18 and younger through Sept. 3.

Online tickets are required in advance of the visit ”“ walk-up tickets are extremely limited and cannot be guaranteed. The free admission also covers one accompanying adult aged 19 and older; verification of Connecticut residency is required. Additional adults and/or non-Connecticut visitors can purchase tickets online at the regular admission rates.

The venue noted this summer promotion does not extend to schools, camps, daycare centers and other similar youth groups. For those parties, reduced-price group admission tickets can be purchased by contacting the group sales office.
