The discount retailer will occupy 10,000 square feet in a freestanding facility in the Central PlazaShopping Center.

Bill Hesse, president of Hartsdale-based Aries, Deitch & Endelson, represented TJX Cos. on behalf of Marshall”™s in the lease agreement. “This latest site for Marshalls represents a groundbreaking event in that it”™s the first and largest free-standing Megashop to be created having an ideal location both logistically and demographically in Westchester County. It identifies Marshalls as a significant and major presence within the shoe industry in a premier retail environment and location along the Central Avenue corridor allowing for extremely high visibility and traffic flow,” Hesse said.

AD&E has a long-standing relationship with parent company TJX in establishing new locations for them, specifically throughout the lower Hudson Valley. The new Shoe Megashop joins Barnes & Noble, Central Plaza Cinema, David”™s Bridal, Mandees, Pier 1, and many other high volume business and anchor stores at this location.
