Rye Brook-based Win Ridge Realty L.L.C., owners of the Rye Ridge Shopping Center, announced the addition of its newest boutique tenant, Z-LIFE, Denim Lounge, a men”™s lifestyle boutique. Z-LIFE will offer men”™s items including fashion, footwear, accessories, fragrances, cosmetics, bath and body products, jewelry, artwork, humidors and premium denim styles and brands for men and women. The store plans to open in the spring of 2009. The Rye Ridge Shopping Center is a 220,000-square-foot, mixed-use complex located on Ridge Street in Rye Brook. It is home to more than 40 specialty retailers, eateries and services as well as numerous office and medical tenants. Other new store additions to Rye Ridge include Last Licks, P & F Salon, Contact and The Bar Method.
