The Armonk location.

The Pharm Stand, an Armonk-based boutique specializing in products made with cannabidiol (CBD), has announced plans to open its first Connecticut retail location in Ridgefield.

CBD is a nonpsychoactive compound derived from hemp that has been promoted in recent years for wellness regimens. The Armonk store, which also sells non-CBD wellness-focused products, opened March 1 at 15 Maple Ave. and is owned and operated by Jayni Chase ”“ the wife of comic actor Chevy Chase ”“ Chris Singleton and Jason Provost. The Ridgefield store will be at 470 Main St., which previously housed Rockwell Art & Framing.

“We are so excited to announce that The Pharm Stand is expanding!!!!” the store stated  on its Facebook page. “We only thought it was fair that Connecticut got to share in the best in a CBD retail experience. We look forward to becoming a great working partner with Ridgefield and the surrounding communities. See you in early September!!”
