Stamford’s Riko’s Pizza lands in Jupiter (Florida)

Stamford”™s Riko”™s Pizza has signed its first franchisee outside of the tristate area.

Mike Christie, who grew up in Fairfield County, is expected to open the pizzeria in Jupiter, Florida in the second half of the year.

“After living in Florida for the past couple years, I just wished this pizza would be down here, and I was so excited when I found out Riko’s was franchising,” Christie said.

In addition to two locations in Stamford and one in Norwalk, Riko”™s also has a franchise in Levittown, New York. It began offering franchises in 2018.

“We have always felt our brand would be a perfect fit in Florida,” said Luigi Cardillo, who with Rico Imbrogno serves as Riko”™s principal. “Mike is the perfect fit for us because of his great experience, but also his familiarity with our brand.”

Riko”™s is continuing to seek additional franchisees.
