Yonkers real estate company rebrands

Milio Realty Corp. in Yonkers has been renamed Trion Real Estate Management as part of an overall expansion and rebranding effort, the company recently announced.

Carmelo Milio, president of Trion Real Estate Management, said the name change and expansion coincide with the realty firm”™s 35th anniversary in business in the tristate area. The company”™s management portfolio includes more than 1,500 co-op, condo and rental units in New York City and the metropolitan region.

The rebranding includes a new company tagline: “Trusted. Responsive. Invested. Always On-call.”  A new website, trionmanagement.com, will allow residents of Trion properties to submit maintenance requests, make payments online and link to resource sites that can assist tenants and co-op and condo owners with frequently asked questions.
