White Plains bank building sold

M&T Bank will remain as tenant at 134 Mamaroneck Ave. in downtown White Plains following the sale this month of the 4,900 square-foot building.

Houlihan & O”™Malley Real Estate Services in Bronxville said the property, where M&T has a branch office, sold for $2,715,000.

Broker Gerry Houlihan of Houlihan & O”™Malley represented the sellers, Keating Charitable Remainder Unitrust and Eileen Rivilis. Seville Realty L.L.C. represented the buyer, 134 Mamaroneck Associates L.L.C.
