Westchester’s Ridge Hill adds five businesses
Forest City Ratner Cos. announced that five new tenants have leased space at Westchester”™s Ridge Hill, the 3-year-old shopping and entertainment complex in Yonkers.
Businesses opening at the center are 5 Napkin, a burger-featuring East Coast restaurant chain launched in Manhattan that is opening its first location in Westchester County; Wine Zetta, a regional wine store; Hand and Stone, a spa franchise; Allstate Insurance Co.; and Poll Restaurants, a Manhasset company that operates six eateries on Long Island.
Allstate will open its Ridge Hill office at 73 Market St. in the Westmed Medical Group office building.
“We constantly strive to cultivate the best possible combination of retail, dining and entertainment to meet the needs and desires of our customers,” said Kathryn Welch, Forest City Ratner”™s executive vice president for retail development, in the announcement. “This requires bringing together sought-after nationally recognized brands with unique local and regional merchants to ensure that our guests will have a successful and fun experience when they come to Ridge Hill.”
