Three new tenants arriving at Norwalk’s Merritt 7 Corporate Park
Three new tenants are moving into at Merritt 7 Corporate Park in Norwalk.
The customer engagement and marketing firm Terenity Inc. is relocating from its headquarters in Stamford to a 27,211-square-foot space on the fifth floor of the complex”™s Building 401. Financial services firm RiskBridge Advisors LLC relocated from New Canaan to a 2,123-square-foot pre-built penthouse unit in Building 401. Capital Crossing Advisors LLC, an underwriter and investor in and servicer of commercial real estate and small business loans, has leased 2,575 square feet in Building 101.

Rick Rosencrans of JLL represented Capital Crossing on the new signing. Merritt 7 Park”™s ownership of Clarion Partners LLC and Marcus Partners was represented by JLL”™s Ed Tonnessen, Betsy Buckley, and Gil Ohls in all transactions.
