The Smyth, a mixed-use property in downtown Stamford, is now leasing

Quarterra, a multifamily property developer headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, has begun leasing at The Smyth, a luxury mixed-use apartment community in Stamford.

Based at the intersection of Tresser Boulevard and Washington Boulevard in the city”™s downtown, The Smyth is a 17-story complex featuring 414 apartments and over 19,000 square feet of retail space. The property also includes mezzanine-level co-working spaces with private offices and conference capabilities, along with four stories of garage parking including one underground level.

The first move-ins are anticipated in later this month. The Smyth is the company”™s first property in Connecticut.
