Newburgh’s J&F Pizzeria listed for sale after 50 years in business
J&F Pizzeria, a 50-year staple of Newburgh”™s dining scene, has put its business and property up for sale.
The three-story property was built in 1850 and is a mixed-use building, with the 1,944-square-foot eatery at street level and two apartments on the upper floors. The property sale has a list price of $749,000 and includes the real estate, the business and its equipment.
The brothers John and Frank Bruschetti opened J&F Pizzeria in 1973. John Bruschetti passed away last November at the age of 83.
