New business leases in Port Chester
Brokers at CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. recently secured two lease deals at the Midland Business Park in Port Chester on behalf of the owner of the industrial warehouse complex, West Hempstead-based Lighthouse Real Estate Ventures Inc.
ProSwing, a baseball and softball training facility in Mt. Kisco, will open a second facility in Port Chester after signing a 10-year, 25,264-square-foot lease at 36 Midland Ave. in the business park. National Collector”™s Mint, a coin and collectibles mint company, signed a five-year direct lease for the 7,277 square feet at 8 Slater St. where it was a subtenant.
The deals were arranged by William Cuddy, executive vice president, and Kevin Langtry, senior associate of CB Richard Ellis”™s Westchester/Fairfield County operation. Gene Pepe of Goldschmidt & Associates in Scarsdale represented ProSwing in negotiations.
Midland Avenue Business Park is a flex/industrial property on the New York-Connecticut border near the intersection of I-95 and I-287.
