Houlihan Lawrence expands to Yonkers

Houlihan Lawrence, an independently owned and operated residential real estate brokerage serving Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess counties, opened an office in Yonkers earlier this month.

The new office at 475 Tuckahoe Road will be managed by Cynthia Landis, who currently runs the Houlihan Lawrence Bronxville office.

This is the 25th regional office for the 125-year old company. The Houlihan Lawrence Market Report revealed home sales in Yonkers went up 26 percent in the fourth quarter of 2012 over the previous year.
