Houlihan Lawrence Commercial coordinates two property sales for $4.75M

Houlihan Lawrence Commercial announced two commercial property sales in Westchester County totaling $4.75 million.

In Somers, Houlihan Lawrence Commercial completed the $3 million sale of a 12,723-square-foot medical building at 48 Route 6. Both the seller and buyer were represented by Jose D. Cuartas, associate salesperson. The building has been under the same ownership for the past two decades and boasts a 65% occupancy rate, with Optum Health as its anchor. The remaining 35% of the space has been strategically acquired by Somers Sunrise Properties LLC and is occupied by Soaring Eagle Physical Therapy.

In Port Chester, Houlihan Lawrence Commercial represented the sale of 105-107 Adee St. for $1,725,000. Both the seller and buyer were represented by Mike Rackenberg, associate broker. The 6,300-square foot property consists of two triple net lease retail tenants, AGM Restaurant (International Café & BBQ) and Los Remolinos.
