Greenburgh office building sells for $24.5M
For Westchester office landlord Robert P. Weisz, it”™s twice bought, twice sold at the 29-year-old CrossWest Office Center in Greenburgh.
An affiliate of RPW Group Inc., the Rye Brook-based real estate company headed by Weisz, recently sold the approximately 146,000-square-foot, Class A office building at 399 Knollwood Road for $24.5 million to SKA Equities LLC.
The buyer in sale documents listed its office in care of a records management and storage company in Edison, N.J.
Weisz in 2004 paid $24.7 million for the Knollwood Road office building built in 1986, according to county land records. Three years later, he sold the property to SL Green Realty Corp. for $31.6 million.
In 2009, Weisz bought back 399 Knollwood Road from SL Green for approximately $20.8 million and reassumed a $20 million mortgage on the multitenant property.
