Bridgeport’s Brookside Center shopping center sold for $46.5M
Newmark Group Inc. (Nasdaq: NMRK) has sold Brookside Center, a grocery-anchored shopping center located in the North End of Bridgeport, to Elmsford-based DLC Management for $46.5 million.
The 170,665-square-foot Brookside Center is 95% leased, with a 3-tenant roster anchored by Stop & Shop, Marshalls, Michaels and Petco. Newmark Managing Director Paul Penman of the firm”™s Boston Capital Markets Group”™s retail practice represented the seller and procured the buyer, and Newmark Co-Head of U.S. Capital Markets Robert Griffin and Managing Director Jon Martin provided additional support on the transaction.
